He has been associated with the company since 2007, when he began working as a Quality Engineer at ArcelorMittal. In subsequent years, he held management positions, including Quality Manager and Production Director. Since November 2024, he has served as President of the Management Board.
An expert in stainless steel production and quality, service center management, and industrial process improvement. His responsibilities included system implementation (including WCM and MES), investment execution, and modernization projects. He also holds an MBA.
